dj999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose; or (b) PKR 10,000.
dj999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dj999 is not liable for any loss arising from technical downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network failures, or third-party service outages affecting payment processing or game delivery.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dj999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dj999 platform that cannot be resolved through the dj999 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact dj999 customer support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of no less than 30 days for dj999 to attempt to resolve the matter informally. dj999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
